Delivery

We ship only to EU countries. Packages are generally dispatched within 2-5 working days after confirmation of order/payment and are shipped via mail service with tracking. You will be provided with a link to track your package online. Boxes or packages are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.

Important NOTE: In case the Buyer gives an incomplete or unproven address, the Seller has the right to cancel the order and be compensated for extra financial costs connected with the purchase transaction (especially card transaction fees).

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Before accepting the shipment from the forwarder, the Buyer is obliged to check the state and condition of the shipment (number of packages, intact tape seal, damage to box, etc.) as per the accompanying delivery note, and refuse to accept an incomplete or damaged shipment. Damaged or incomplete shipments must be reported without delay to the email address info@eurooptik.cz.

A Damage Protocol must be signed by the forwarder and sent via email to the Seller. If the Buyer accepts the shipment by signing the forwarder's documents, they have no right to make a subsequent warranty claim on the damaged or incomplete shipment.

In case you don't receive your tracking number, check your spam folder before sending us an SMS or WhatsApp message.
