You may ask why we should consider this question as we usually find prescription glasses without AR a little bit out of date. Anyway, as you can see from the picture above there are still people and celebrities, in this case, who simply wear plain lenses without coating in their eyeglasses.
The difference is really significant and we would say those who don’t have AR (Matt Bomer) wear their eyeglasses simply as a fashion accessory without any need of correction. Eyeglasses are a very easy tool that can change your image but if you are exposed to photographers and paparazzi you should also remember to add the AR coating in your eyeglasses. Lenses without coating “catch” any light and mirror reflection and as a result nobody can see your eyes through your eyeglasses. On the other hand, eyeglasses with AR coating seem very clear and look much better on anybody, not just pictures made by paparazzi. All in all, there’s just one advice if you really want to look good in your new pair of eyeglasses – pay a little bit more for lenses with antireflective coating, your investment will turn to admirable looks of people around you who will appreciate your perfect look!
